Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Kentucky Fort Wright is hiring a Guest Services Associate for a part-time schedule (25 hours or less per week), with 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift options. You will deliver the signature Hi Five Guest Experience, greet guests warmly, and keep the store prepared and ready for guests at all times.

The role involves preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper stock rotation and clean, safe conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• Anticipate Guests' needs and assist so each Guest leaves satisfied and willing to return.
• Prepare DipSide items such as shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed containers.
• efficiently operate the POS system and gas console, process transactions, and handle cash and cards.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, ensure dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers are clean and well organized.
• Maintain store and parking lot safety and cleanliness; monitor product temperatures and equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Speak, hear, and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
