Aufgaben

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items: shakes, malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS system and gas console; authorize and record transactions and handle payments and coupons.
• Stock shelves, displays, freezers; ensure dip cabinet, coffee pots and ice dispensers are full and rotated properly.
• Maintain store security and monitor for shop-lifting and gas drive-offs; manage cash drops and logs.
• Keep store and parking lot clean and safe; monitor temperatures of refrigeration equipment.
• Accurately complete time records and the Customer First Document.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Operate all store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
