Job summary

Qualifications

• English speaking required to communicate effectively with customers.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate temperatures as low as –30°F for short periods.
• Ability to count cash and handle transactions accurately.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Greet guests and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare DipSide items and related products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, freezers and dip cabinet; rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety of customers and staff.
• Accurately complete time records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
