Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Gahanna, OH is looking for a friendly Part Time Guest Service Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly, and keep the store ready for service.

This role includes preparing DipSide items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking shelves and freezers, maintaining cleanliness, and following all store policies and safety rules while providing excellent customer service. 16+ age required; part-time schedule (25 hours or less) and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• Speak, hear and understand English well enough to communicate with customers.
• See well enough to operate the POS, gas console, identify documents, and use the price book.
• Prepare DipSide items using supplies from the dip cabinets.
• Handle coins, currency, checks, credit cards and coupons, and make change.
• Lift at least 10 pounds from floor to 5 feet and place 21-pound items into a dip cabinet.
• Tolerate temperatures as low as –30°F for at least 2 minutes.
• Tolerate temperatures as low as +33°F for at least 10 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• DipSide Guest Services: shakes, cones, sundaes and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, displays, and keep the dip cabinet presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; report issues as assigned.
• Complete time records and the Customer First Document accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in ongoing training.
