Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests in our stores with a friendly, efficient service experience. This role emphasizes flexible scheduling and the ability to work across busy shifts, including peak times.

As an On‑Demand TM, you will pick up shifts via the myTime app, participate in orientation, and help guests with loyalty programs and store services while maintaining our service standards.

Qualifications
