Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to provide outstanding counter service, resolve issues with hospitality, and support customer satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary NPS liaison, communicating actions and improving guest experiences through data-driven improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service with operations and sales exposure, strong communication, relationship building, and leadership abilities. Rental car experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service that is above and beyond for satisfaction and retention.
• Handles and resolves customer issues at the counter with hospitality and professionalism.
• Acts as Net Promoter Score liaison and communicates performance actions.
• Analyzes NPS results to determine causes and implement improvement plans.
