Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW-Madison provides welcoming, professional guest services at games, concerts, and campus events. Greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and support crowd flow while following safety and security procedures.

You'll receive training in guest services and event safety, work in a close-knit team environment, and gain experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or event operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests at events.
• Scan tickets and monitor entry points.
• Support crowd flow and ensure smooth movement of guests.
