Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW–Madison provides welcoming, professional guest services at games, concerts, and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and support crowd flow while ensuring safety.

You will follow safety and security procedures, communicate clearly with visitors and team members, and respond calmly to questions or minor issues. Training in guest services and event safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.

Responsibilities
