Job summary

Juut Salonspa in Edina, MN is seeking a Guest Service in Training for a part-time position. You will greet guests, check in, escort to waiting area, book appointments, and assist with merchandise. You will start in-training and advance through Studio, Senior, and Master levels as you master key duties and Daymaker standards.

Training provided and growth opportunities offered. Applicants should have 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and welcome new or returning guests.
• Check-in guests and give salon tours; offer add-on appointments.
• Escort guests to waiting area and offer beverages; distribute Daymaker book.
• Make confirmation calls and upsell add-on services during calls.
• Check out guests, ring service tickets, and suggest products.
• Answer calls and book appointments with artists/therapists; collect guest data.
• Reschedule appointments and block artist time in the system.
• Maintain tidy retail shelves and stock; handle cash deposits.
