Job summary

JUUT is seeking a Guest Services Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on delivering an elevated guest experience, welcoming guests, checking them in, and guiding them through the salon’s services and add-ons.

You will schedule appointments, upsell add-ons, and maintain guest data while staying informed about our artists’ specialties. This is a part-time, on-site position offering benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some exposure to salon, cosmetics, hospitality, or retail business preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must work a minimum of one 3-hour shift per pay cycle to maintain active employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with the appropriate welcome.
• Check in guests and offer add-on appointments.
• Escort guests to waiting area and provide beverage.
• Make follow-up calls and upsell services where appropriate.
• Schedule appointments through matchmaking with artists/therapists.
• Capture guest data accurately and maintain knowledge of services.
