Job summary

Hampton Inn Easley SC is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet guests, check in/out, maintain privacy, and promote hotel services. You will use the PMS to post charges, manage reservations, and help guests with local dining and directions.

The role requires 1+ years customer service in a branded hotel, a high school diploma, punctuality, and the ability to stand for long periods; holidays, weekends, and evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service at a branded hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in/check-out, maintain guest privacy, and fulfill special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Assist with future reservations and collect guest feedback for service recovery.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
