Naples Hotel Group seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative for our Tampa-area property. You are the first and last contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with warmth and efficiency.

This role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset. You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, maintain clean public areas, and support safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Proficient with computer use and standard office software, including reservation systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations, room keys, and charges.
• Create, modify, and confirm guest reservations.
• Set wake-up calls and answer phone inquiries.
• Complete shift logs and required reports.
• Provide personalized service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Log and address guest comments or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming front desk area.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professionalism.
