Raymond Management Company is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative / Front Desk team member at Hampton Inn & Suites – St. Louis at Forest Park.

The starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with potential increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, and both full-time and part-time roles are available. You will greet guests, assist at check-in/check-out, handle requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
