Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verifies guest identification and payment methods for room accommodations.
• Issues room keys and coordinates with bell staff for luggage transfer.
• Coordinates with housekeeping/maintenance for room availability.
• Makes and confirms reservations and answers inquiries about hotel services.
• Performs basic bookkeeping, balances cash, and handles monetary transactions.
• Maintains front desk area in a neat and safe condition.
