Element by Westin - Sedona, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to warmly welcome guests, register them, and handle reservations with accuracy. You will manage guest payments, assist with local information, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must communicate effectively and handle cash and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them into the system.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations.
• Process guest payments and handle cash accurately.
• Check guests in and out and issue room keys.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information about local area and hotel services.
