HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof in Kent, WA is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check in/out, and handle reservations.

The starting wage is $18.50 to $19.00 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in customer service, basic office and English skills. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, 401k with employer match, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer use) are expected.
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide guest services.
• Handle reservations, check-in/check-out, and cashier functions.
• Make, modify, and monitor reservations; review rate availability and update room status.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Communicate issues and needs to the General Manager and Front Desk team.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on checkouts, stay-overs, and rooms needing maintenance.
