Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate bank and monetary records; keep bank secure.
• Answer phones with proper greeting and etiquette.
• Provide concierge services and assist PBX with switchboard.
• Promote positive guest relations and provide information on services.
• Process walk-ins and pre-register designated guests.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and document in logs.
