Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones with a friendly, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain Target benefits and assist with sign-up in the Target App.
• Assist with returns or exchanges following store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards when needed.
