Job summary

• Promote ongoing promos, store events and Target app features.
• Explain loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and login as needed.
• Scan and bag items accurately, complying with safety standards.
• Know Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; guide guests to enroll.
• Handle returns and exchanges per policy and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Comply with safety policies and promote an ethical, compliant culture.
