Luna Grill is seeking Hospitality Specialists to be the face of our restaurants, delivering warm, genuine service and a seamless guest experience across California, Texas, and Arizona.

In California you’ll earn $20.00/hr up to $24/hr with tips; Texas ranges $11.00–$13.50/hr (up to $16/hr with tips); Arizona $15.15–$16.50/hr (up to $19/hr with tips). Join a team that values hospitality, speed, and heart.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through our menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
