Wawa, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet and serve customers at our convenient locations. As a CSA you will handle order requests, prepare breakfast items and beverages, and ensure the coffee station and food displays stay clean and inviting.

You’ll operate the register, process payments, and assist with age-restricted products and fuel/gift cards. We offer inclusive benefits, flexible schedules, and a welcoming team environment where associates can grow with the brand.

Qualifikationen

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well keeping our coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
