Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer phone calls politely, take info calls and tours, assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
