Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts seeks a friendly Guest Service Associate to greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience while supporting store operations. You will handle POS duties, restock shelves, and assist with vendor check-ins as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Ability to count, read and write for paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
