Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, stocking and housekeeping, and coordinating with management on guest requests and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer functions and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area and register area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.
• Support new hire onboarding and training.
