Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Murfreesboro, TN to greet guests, answer questions and help with digital services like Drive Up and Order Pick Up. You will deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience and support store operations while learning our benefits and loyalty programs.

You will participate in ongoing training to develop guest service skills, adapt to busy, fast-paced shifts, and uphold safety and quality standards. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are core to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 44 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and current promos.
• Assist with Drive Up and Order Pickup services.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
