Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest shopping experience while supporting store operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and help with housekeeping and stocking tasks to maintain in-stock conditions.

The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures; safety and vendor coordination are also important facets of the job.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety policies, security practices, quality and store operations.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
