Job summary

Global Partners LP in Concord, MA is seeking a Guest Service Associate dedicated to delivering a top-notch guest experience while supporting store operations. You will greet guests, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will operate the point of sale, handle cash and purchases, stock shelves, perform housekeeping, and assist management with guest requests. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outdoors or in coolers.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the POS and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and keep shelves stocked.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors as needed.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
