Job summary

Barry’s in Walnut Creek is hiring Client Specialists to be the first point of contact in our studios. You will deliver exceptional hospitality, assist clients with class bookings, maintain a clean studio, and act as a positive brand ambassador across Front Desk, Fuel Bar, and Facilities roles.

Qualifications

Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
Full-time employees: available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and at least one weekend day.
Part-time employees: available for a minimum of 24 hours per week with staffing during studio operating hours.

Responsibilities

Front Desk: greet clients, manage bookings, and maintain a welcoming studio.
Fuel Bar: prepare and serve protein smoothies, handle orders, and maintain cleanliness.
Facilities: clean equipment, sanitation, locker rooms, laundry, and general studio upkeep.
Customer Service: ensure high hospitality, maintain client database, and engage in outreach.
