Job summary

Panera Bread in Westchester, IL is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will greet guests, assemble fresh salads and sandwiches, and help ensure smooth bakery-cafe operations with warmth and care.

Work in a fast-paced environment; you may lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+; able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Food Handler’s Card or equivalent training as required by law.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist in assembling fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care and speed.
• Support daily operations across production, prep, service, cashier, drive-thru, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment following safety protocols.
• Help set up for the next shift and stock supplies as needed.
