Job summary

Panera Bread seeks a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality in our bakery-cafe. You will greet guests, assemble fresh salads and sandwiches with care, and support daily operations across service, prep, and cashier roles to ensure a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
• Food safety understanding and willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist in areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC.
• Prepare fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
