Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service at the register or self-checkout, upsell items, and support inventory and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time roles in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer training, growth opportunities, and a dynamic work culture. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass state/local permits as needed are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in store and ensure stock is available and fresh.
