Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to be at the heart of the guest experience, keeping our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can choose part-time flexibility or a full-time career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment preferred.
• Team player with initiative and people skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May require food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Respond to guest concerns respectfully and escalate when needed.
