Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience and keep stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

You’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, working at the register or self-checkout while promoting additional products to guests. This role offers flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a fast-paced team environment where every day is different.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or in progress.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout; suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases; address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Keep food and beverage items stocked and up to quality standards; maintain cleanliness in food prep areas; follow safety regulations; restock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Keep store clean and organized; perform regular cleaning tasks; assist in inventory management and restocking.
