Job summary

Target is hiring Small Format Team Members to help guests and keep stores stocked, signed, and welcoming. Roles include cashiering, stocking, price accuracy, and guest service across all departments. You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and may handle OPU/Drive Up where applicable.

Training will equip you with the skills to deliver a great guest experience. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is expected; associates may lift up to 40 pounds and operate

• Comfort with stocking, price accuracy and basic store signage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests with minimal disruption.
• Maintain stocked and signed sales floor across departments.
• Push and stock product to the sales floor and execute price changes.
• Assist with cashiering, pickup and Drive Up where applicable.
• Complete inventory checks and support store transitions.
