Job summary

Target is hiring Seasonal Small Format Team Members to help deliver a consistent guest experience across our smallest format stores. You will assist in cashiering, stocking, pricing, and display, while maintaining inventory accuracy and customer service excellence.

Roles include Seasonal Guest Advocate, General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking), and Tech Consultant. Training is provided to help you grow your skills and deliver superb guest service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption.
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests.
• Push and stock product to sales floor.
• Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments.
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage is accurate for all departments.
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support execution of major transitions and ISM.
• Support guest services with cashiering, order pickup and Drive up where applicable.
• Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments.
• Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy. Complete backroom daily/weekly audits.
• Operate power equipment only if certified.
• Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy.
