Job summary

Heartland Tommy’s is seeking a part-time Customer/Guest Service Specialist to interact with guests in person, address inquiries, and promote our car wash services. You will process POS transactions, maintain records of interactions, and help ensure a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires excellent communication, a service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Part-time hours include weekend shifts, and the team offers a bonus program and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person to provide support and information on services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Explain services and promotions to guests; process POS purchases.
• Maintain a clean carwash facility and ensure a safe work environment.
