Round One Entertainment is hiring for our new location at Colorado Mills Mall, Lakewood CO. Join a fun, fast-paced team focused on delivering unforgettable guest experiences across amusement, food & beverage, cleaning, and facilities support.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will interact with guests, operate POS systems, and help keep games and areas clean and inviting. This role requires a friendly, outgoing attitude and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced entertainment venue.
• Assist guests with questions and games, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS for game card sales and prize redemptions.
• Assist guests with games and general questions, restock prizes and arcade supplies.
• Maintain arcade floor, machines, and counters; perform opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Monitor games, report issues, and ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
