Job summary

Round One Entertainment is expanding at Colorado Mills Mall in Lakewood, CO, seeking a skilled Technician to service and repair arcade machines and related facility equipment. Qualifications

• Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Mobility and flexibility to work in tight spaces and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in servicing and maintaining the facility and arcade games.
• Respond to machine malfunctions; analyze root causes and coordinate repairs.
• Respond to error calls for amusement arcade and facility equipment issues.
• Maintain programs to promote products and services for the Amusement Department.
• Follow OSHA safety practices and company policies.
• Identify common equipment problems and communicate issues to management.
• Work varying shifts including weekends/holidays and overtime as needed.
• Keep workshop clean and organized.
