Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to greet customers, assist with bagging groceries, and help keep the store and parking areas clean and safe. You will retrieve carts, load groceries into vehicles, maintain restrooms and break rooms, respond to intercom pages, and support cashiers as needed, always prioritizing safety and friendly service.

The role is entry level, with training provided, and Weis Markets values dependable team players who can work in a fast paced retail

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with loading groceries.
• Keeps parking lot, store vestibule and front-end clean and free of debris.
• Assists cashiers by bagging groceries and responds to intercom pages.
• Maintains restrooms and break rooms; replenishes supplies.
• Notifies management about repairs or unsafe conditions and requests for supplies.
