Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests and explaining promos.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Support peers and maintain a positive, respectful attitude among the team.
• Promote Target benefits, apps, and loyalty programs to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Operate checkout and guide guests to Order Pick-Up or Drive Up features.
• Handle returns and exchanges following store policies with leadership support when needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to maintain a safe store environment.
