City of McKinney Apex Centre is seeking a friendly front desk team member to greet Members and Guests, assist with program registrations and facility bookings, and promote all services. You will create warm welcomes, handle inquiries, and help ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires basic computer and phone skills, cash handling, and a professional appearance. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Basic computer and phone skills preferred.
• Must have cash handling skills, and ability to manage a register.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive and enthusiastic customer service to Members and Guests with proper phone etiquette.
• Assist Members and Guests with program registrations and facility bookings.
• Promote all facilities, programs and services.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with Apex Centre values.
• Attend scheduled employee meetings and follow policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer questions/complaints.
• Process sales, cash handling and drawer count down accuracy.
• Arrive on time and perform other tasks as needed.
