Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in-store, sharing top-quality product education and authentic community storytelling. You will engage guests, conduct accurate transactions, and support omnichannel options while moving dynamically on the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. store location.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and value their time.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits.
• Execute transactions and omnichannel programs accurately and timely.
• Move around the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an optimal guest experience.
• Restock and present products, use in-store tech, and maintain a luxury environment.
• Follow safety policies and work in accordance with store procedures.
