Job summary

Jack in the Box is hiring a Team Member in Pleasanton, CA. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting guests at front-of-house and drive-thru as needed.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food service experience helpful (fast-paced environment).
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read/understand English.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/clarify orders at front of house or drive-thru.
• Enter orders in POS, collect payment, and provide correct change.
• Assemble and deliver orders promptly with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock across workstations and dining areas.
• Ensure food presentation, temperature, and quality meet standards.
