Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences across dine-in and drive-thru. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure fast, accurate service while maintaining cleanliness and food quality.

You will work in a busy restaurant environment, following procedures and standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet guest expectations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food cook/preparation experience is helpful
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Must be able to read and understand written English, and perform basic math

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes/clarifies orders; enters orders in POS, processes payments, and provides change
• Ensures orders are prepared timely and accurately; assembles and delivers to guests
• Maintains cleanliness of dining room, front and back of house areas
• Cleans and stocks restrooms and dining surfaces; handles interior and exterior maintenance as needed
• Assists team members to meet guest needs and supports a fast, friendly service flow
• Adheres to company policies and standards, ensuring food safety and quality
