Job summary

goop kitchen is looking for a Hospitality Team Member to be the heart of the guest experience in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. You’ll greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure every visit feels special while keeping dining areas clean and stocked.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with orders, handling feedback gracefully, and supporting packing and closing tasks to ensure a smooth shift for the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous hospitality/restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
• Genuine love for food and guest experience.
• Strong communication and a warm, approachable personality.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service areas clean and stocked.
