Knowledge of menu items and the to-go process will help you deliver exceptional service. As part of our fast-paced environment, you will manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service.
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus!
