Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Missoula, MT to create an easy and inspiring guest experience. You will greet guests, help them find items, resolve issues, and explain loyalty programs while maintaining operations across checkout and service areas.

Training will cover product knowledge, checkout operations, and use of handheld scanners, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Benefits and ADA accommodations are available.

Responsibilities

• Support drive-up, order pickup and online ordering processes.
