Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Minnesota stores. You will engage guests, share high-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture to inspire movement and well-being.

As a key member of the team, you will support store operations, restock, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusive values. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and engage guests.
• Provide product education and articulate product benefits.
• Execute seamless transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
