Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to read and understand written English.
• Guest service experience helpful in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Immedately acknowledges and welcomes guests and takes/clarifies orders.
• Enters orders in POS, handles payment and provides friendly service.
• Maintains cleanliness of interior, exterior and restrooms.
• Prepares and assembles orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Operates grill, fryer, prep and assembly stations to meet guest demand.
• Reads video monitors, maintains safety and food quality standards.
• Reads, bags and delivers orders to guests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Works with teammates to meet high-volume demand and deadlines.
