• Maintain awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect; be friendly and professional at all times.
• Assist Customers at the register and with merchandise; answer questions politely and knowledgably.
• Respond promptly to Customer Service calls; handle issues courteously and with help from Store Leadership.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store and Team areas, including restrooms and floors.
